Refund policy
Kindly be aware that we adhere to a strict no-refund policy. In the spirit of accommodating our valued customers, all refunds will be processed in the form of store credits. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to continuing to serve you with the best possible experience.
* Once your order has left our warehouse, it’s officially on its way to you and can’t be canceled. If your cancellation request reaches us after the order’s already shipped, we won’t be able to process it, but don’t worry, you can always reach out to us for help once it arrives.
* To return the order, please submit a return request within 7 days of receiving the order to frankromelloshoes@gmail.com or whatsapp at +919897409454
* Please note that items that were purchased on store credits, cannot be returned or refunded.
* In case of a damaged item, you can choose to receive store credit or a refund for your purchase. It's totally up to you! Just let us know which option you prefer and we'll take care of the rest.
* Store credits are valid for 6 months and are non-extendable.

To help us process it smoothly, please make sure your email includes:

* Reason for exchange
* Product name and size you’d like to exchange
* New size you’d like instead
Emails missing these details won’t be considered for an exchange—we really need the info to get things moving!
PS - you are allowed to exchange your product for a different size only once.
* We’re a small, self-funded brand—bootstrapped since 2023 , with no VC or angel backing—so while we’d love to offer complimentary exchanges like the big marketplaces, it’s just not financially feasible right now.
Here’s how it works:
* You send the product back to us at your own cost, and we’ll send the exchanged piece to you for free.
* Don’t have access to a courier service? No worries—we can help arrange a pickup at a minimal fee of Rs. 150, just to make life easier for you.

5. All hang tags attached (seriously—we can't accept items without them)

* Exchanges are subject to availability. If your size is not in stock, we will issue a store credit for you, valid for 6 months.
* We aim to process exchanges within 7-10 business days upon receiving the product back at the warehouse.
* Rest assured that if you happen to receive a faulty or damaged product, we will promptly arrange an exchange for you.
